* The rates are per room and per night and they refer to the accommodation of the persons described in detail at the room descriptions.

* Prices include breakfast, all free services (parking, wi-fi connection, etc.). VAT 13% and all other legal taxes.

*Reservations are NOT charged with the extra accommodation tax applicable to all hotels in the country from 1-1-2018, due to the fact that “Vogiatzopoulou Guesthouse” is an exempt as a “traditional hotel”.

* The hotel reserves the right to change the prices listed on its website at any time without notice

BOOKING POLICY:

* In order to guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total cost is required, either by bank deposit or by debit card (Visa or Mastercard accepted)

* The deposit is made within 3 working days after the hotel has contacted the guest (and by sending an e-mail). Otherwise, the reservation can be canceled without further notice and the room is released.

* The hotel reserves the right to either pre-authorize or charge your card, partially or fully according to the booking conditions, as well as requesting a full payment of the stay upon your arrival. The hotel can also cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.

* For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the same time of the booking confirmation, and modifications and cancellations are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations or changes up to 22 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge and the deposit is fully refunded.
• For cancellations or changes up to 21 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation is charged and the deposit is not refundable.
• For cancellations from 1-7 days prior to arrival date, as well as in case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, 100% of the total cost of the reservation is charged as planned and the hotel reserves all its legal rights.
